At Wulf Gaming, we want to ensure your gear is perfectly suited for your setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your Wulf Gaming account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 3 to 5 business days.
